Reading week, weekend away, blue sky

Sounds good doesn't it?

So today we have blue sky here in Sunderland. Something I love. Although, it is cold, there is blue sky which makes me feel just that little bit happier and optimistic. Even if it isn't the warmest of days, the blue sky just makes it a whole lot better.

Weekend away. I'm pretty excited for this. UCCF have organised this big weekend for all the CUs in the north east. We're all descending on Leeds and gonna have teaching by some amazing people and have inter-cu competitions. It's so exciting. Going to be an amazing weekend. I shall have to blog about it next week.

Which leads me nicely onto reading week. Next week I have 'reading week'. What I am meant to do is read for my course, write essays and do work. What I'm actually doing is going home with a bunch of books that I probably won't read and I'm gonna watch films saying they are for my course. Though I do actually have to watch the Toy Story trilogy next week and do a little work. But at least I will be home, warm and have home comforts. Including parents cooking. (Though I'm sure I'll end up doing a load!)
