Today I watched 'Enchanted'. This is a Disney fairy tale that they created themselves. It's me all over! This song is me all over to!
I also love this artist. She's amazing too!
I'm a bit into fairy tales at the moment. It does not help that my very good friend Chris encourages it! Jokes about having a castle built for me and saying I'm a princess does not help. Though I do have a tendency to live in a fairy tale bubble.
In some ways...there is probably nothing wrong with this. What could be wrong about believing in 'Happy Ever Afters' and Prince Charmings.
However...
It's not always the case and I have to admit...sometimes my imagination runs a little wild. I know some of these thing aren't real. BUT as the great Taylor Swift once said....'But no matter what Love throws at you, you have to believe in it. You have to believe in love stories and prince charmings and happily ever after. That's why I write these songs. Because I think love is fearless.' That's in the booklet that came with her 'Fearless' album. And she's right. From everything I've experienced and listened to and read. I totally agree. So I believe in love stories, prince charmings and happily ever afters. Because God can do anything...and he might just have one planned for me....
