However, my family is wonderful and mum dashed up to my bank and ensured I had so money for my last week here. I don't think you realise how important and how much your family does love you until you move out and you have to do everything by yourself that they used to do for you. But that all got sorted :)
So then I came back today and cooked chips for lunch. (Yes I am that poor. I even had to borrow ketchup from a flatmate!) Then we dissapered into our rooms to do the bits of work that needed doing. Needless to say Facebook soon found its way open on my laptop as did a conversation with Matt which has been going for the past few hours. (Now ended as he walks his dog.) The work got done and Phantom of the Opera 25th anniversary has found its way onto my tv.
This show is wonderful. Ramin did a wonderful job as the Phantom it's so believable in places. It's something I love watching as I know the story well and it's all told through song so you don't actually have to watch it, you can get on with other stuff while it is on. Such as blog writing. :)
The story is wonderful. A girl who loves two very different men. Both who love her. In some ways it's very typical the story, but the twists really make it wonderful. And the songs are incredible. A truly magical couple of hours.
Today is a wonderful day here. It's blue sky, suns out and it's not overly cold. A tad chilly but lovely. Spring is indeed on its way at last :) The winter here seems to have lasted a very long time. But once spring is here summer is almost here. And that means sunshine, afternoons lying in the sun, camp and the excuse of warm whether for smoothies and the like. Truly wonderful. :)
